I wanted to offer a free stress relief program that people could literally do while they are sleeping. We will have a video for you to watch and fall asleep to that has soothing nature sounds and calming music. Each participant will have access to a new video to listen to each night or if they like one in particular they can watch that one as often as the wish each night within 30 days. Each participant will document if their is any improvement in their stress levels at the end of 30 days. Noting any changes little or big and to share a little about the experience.
