  • Can I try the Gym before committing to a membership?
    For local residents YES you can try the gym before committing to a membership. Simply submit your email and when the Coach contacts you let them know you would like to try it first and set a time to come in and give it a go! 😀
  • How much do the memberships cost?
    MD Fitness offers a variety of affordable options and can make a program fit your budget.
  • What is MD Fitness?
    MD Fitness stands for Michael Diaz, a Christian owner and operator with 20 years of fitness knowledge. MD Fitness is local mom & pop ran Gym with wholesome skills to help the mountain community members. The logo simply stands for the workouts consist of a Balance of Strength Training and Cardiovascular Training.
  • What equipment do you have?
    Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Battle Ropes, Bosu-Ball, Medicine Ball, Swiss Ball, Agility Cones and Ladder, Suspension Training, Punching Dummies, Olympic Weights, Squat Racks, Cable Cross Over, Benches, Leg Extension and Hamstring Curls Machines, Pull Up bars, Peck Deck, Lat Pull Downs, Rowing Stations, Bodyweight and more.
  • What kind of classes do you have?
    MD Fitness offers a variety of Group Training Classes such as, Senior Mens, Senior Womens, Womens Group, Elite Coed Group, and BootCamp. We also offer 1on1 personal training to assist in a wide range of fitness and health goals.
  • What are your hours?
    We are Open Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 7:00pm Closed Saturdays and Sundays.
  • What are your prices?
    Each potential member must go through a Fitness Assessment to determine how much work will be involved in getting them to their goal. There are a wide variety of factors here and we want to make sure we have the best knowledge on how to start your fitness program. Once this is determined then we can give you an accurate total. However we also have Group Training Drop in rates at $15/sess. for qualified members at specific times. Please visit our booking page at and setup an appointment today!

  • I had an injury, can I still train with you?
    Coach Mike of MD Fitness, has a background in Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, Spinal Screener for a Chiropractic office, and has 20 years of Fitness Industry knowledge. Coach Mike is not just a personal trainer, he is a specialist that has helped many clients with back, neck, shoulder, hip, and knee pain plus aiding in posture correction.
  • Are you like CrossFit?
    CrossFit is a methodology that was developed by Greg Glassman. We train our clients using National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as the foundation of our training knowledge. NASM, which is an NCCA accreditation, is the gold standard when it comes to certified professionals working in healthcare, fitness, wellness and other occupations. We do however have a very wide variety of exercises to keep you motivated and challenged.
  • Are you a gym?
    We have everything a gym has to offer plus Personal Trainers! What makes us different is there is no waiting to use equipment, everyone works with a Personal Trainer either in a Group or 1 on 1, and you'll have a guaranteed road map to results!
