Group Fitness Sessions

 

Group Fitness is a great way for you to hang out with your friends and get high energy, high intensity, full-body circuit training workout. You'll get the upper body, lower body, core work... and a little conditioning secret sprinkled in as a bonus!

These are specially designed 30 minute workouts which involves a brief, yet powerful storm of exercises that cause a certain level of disturbance in both the muscles and the cardiovascular system.  The results are both fat loss and muscle gain.

FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging an individuals fitness level. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.

Sports Yoga

 

Sports Yoga is great for winding down from a long week of work, training or just needing some you time.
