What To Expect During Your Class
Group Fitness is a great way for you to hang out with your friends and get high energy, high intensity, full-body circuit training workout. You'll get the upper body, lower body, core work... and a conditioning secret sprinkled in as a bonus!
These are specially designed 30 minute workouts which involves a brief, yet powerful storm of exercises that cause a certain level of disturbance in both the muscles and the cardiovascular system. The results are both fat loss and muscle gain.
