Mom's Group Exercise Class Program Details

If you like what you hear so far then, let me tell you about the program. We focus on body weight exercises, core strengthening, cardiovascular, balance and strength. We will use weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, suspended trainers, resistance bands, and even punching dummies. Yes, Punching Dummies, FUN!!! 

After looking at the economy we decided to restructure our business model and even arrange our workout area for this very group! We are shooting for 2 groups of 8-10 persons. One group A to train 3x's/week on Mon/Wed/Fri and a second group B to train 2x's/week on Tue/Thur. Scheduled to start at 8:20am Monday - Friday at our Ahwahnee location.

We normally offer this 30min 4 Week Month to Month Membership for $150 for 3xs/week and $100 for 2xs/week. We are offering the first 8 persons in group A and the first 8 persons in group B, 50% off! Here's how to join!

  1. Click the Book Now Button

  2. Select and Book "Mom's 8:20am Group Exercise"

  3. If you want to train 3xs per week, select Monday, Wednesday or Friday as your appointment day.

  4. If you want to train 2xs per week, select Tuesday or Thursday as your appointment day.

  5. Payment can be made once you are at the gym. Show up in comfortable workout clothes and toe covered sneakers. Bring a yoga mat, workout towel and water.
