Track your Weight, Body Fat % and Measurements. This will be key in your success to chart your progress. You will have scheduled days to do this.
PHOTO PROGRESS
Track your progress here with photos. Living in your own body everyday can be difficult to see results. The photos will take away your doubts.
TRAINING PLAN
Look at your workout schedule summary and see the workouts in your training plan. Select the one assigned to you for that day and then workout.
VIDEO EXERCISE DEMOS
A great way for you to understand the form of the exercise you will be performing. We included video demonstrations. How cool is that?
SUMMARY
Will give you a snap shot of your progress. You and your assigned trainer can see your weekly activity. You'll get a message if you miss your workout.
